DO NOT go to this location around 9pm to closing. Staff is not properly trained to serve guests. Me and two friends walked in around 9:20pm and waited in the lobby for about 5-10 mins. The host finally came out wiping her face from something she just got done eating and she also had one ear bud in listening to whatever she was listening to. Very unprofessional. I'm not trying to sound like a jerk or exaggerate but I'm going to be honest.
I haven't been there for years. and when I came in the environment felt different.
it seemed very understaffed and the employee morale was really down I honestly felt bad for them.
but we had a waitress tonight by the name of Chloe. this young lady was an awesome waitress and she did her best to make the experience a little better, but she was a very good waitress.

Ate at Perkins on Military Ave in Green Bay on Saturday, Feb 10, 2023. Tomica was my server and she was very professional and customer service oriented. More good hard working and dedicated workers like Tomica is what many restaurants are lacking in good quality help these days.

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery offers good food, though experiences vary. The food is always great, with the $10.99 cheeseburger meal deal being really good, and chocolate chip pancakes, mashed potatoes, and peanut butter silk pie also noted as good. The Carmel Apple Pie Pancake meal is rated excellent, especially with added powdered sugar. However, some visits had issues: a bad smell like something stale and moldy, an inattentive server, and a to-go order that was wrong twice, even after speaking to a manager. Another DoorDash order had no option for frosted sugar cookies, but a staff member fixed it. On a positive note, the restaurant is nice, clean, and the food is better than similar chains like Denny's. One server was polite and efficient, while another was amazing and very attentive.
