We waited in the drive-through for 40 minutes for a couple of kid macs. Once you're in line there, you're trapped and can't exit the line. When we finally got to the window, we waited another 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us much less brought our food.
To start, you can never go wrong with MACS. There is simply no other way to put it, MACS is the absolute best mac and cheese restaurant we have ever visited. Their employees are always quick, kind, courteous, and attentive. The facilities are kept clean and organized, there is plenty of seating space so you can choose a booth or a regular table if you prefer. A nice large and open ordering space as you walk in which allows plenty of room for other patrons to get drinks, wait in...
Very disappointed that the lack of people doing the drive-thru due to serving someone's food because I ordered my food 10 minutes ago and it's still was not out and I only have a 30-minute lunch break so this is a little ridiculous
