McDonald's in Greenfield

“Went thru the drive thru using the mobile like I normally do. First they couldn't find my order. Then finally told me to pull around. Then I got to the food window and I had my drink and bag basically shoved at me. Then when I got home, it wasn't even my order.“

“I tell the staff here and everyone listening that this is the best McDonald’s in south Milwaukee by a mile! The management is to be congratulated. It is the BEST PREPARED food because the cooks are great, the presentation is exactly how McDonald’s wants it to be, the food is fresh, and the employees are kind and display courtesy. Their fries are outstanding! Reminds me of McDonald’s growing up in the 60’s. It has a nice two-lane drive-thru menu with easy lit-up display, conscientious employees who demonstrate leadership with questions or follow-up (so you feel listened to as a customer), and are always correcting or perfecting the quality of their service. They had a couple of employees I had a problem with on the night shift, with rudeness and incorrect orders, not to mention a lack of cooperation, but they have picked up the pace and got these quality issues resolved. They have a nice stream of customers always going through, and are so superior to the McDonald’s located on Oklahoma and S. 76th! (The Oklahoma location has some really “different”, almost strangely prepared food!). I tend to love the food along with the service at this location so much more. Remember, not all McDonald’s are equal so make sure you always go to the best one. This is it! And —they are open 24 hours. Make it your stop after a movie, a game or a bar outing. No one told me to say all of these things. They are just really good! My congratulations to the management at this Greenfield location on S. 76th.“

“In general, my experiences at McDonalds have been just so so. The food is generally okay, but the staff seems to be either very good or sort of poor. A lot of the young people that work at these places seem to have no people skills. Thanks you's and polite behaviors are pretty rare. And don't get me started on the quality of the audio at the drive throughs - which is often barely inteligible with the person speaking faster than an auctioneer.

However, during a visit last week nothing I mentioned before was an issue. The person taking the order was perfectly understandable, the cashier was courteous and the food was handed to me with a solid thank you. This was quite refreshing. And the egg mc muffin I ordered was the best one I've ever had.“
