“Went through drive through late at night and I was almost out of chance when the guy suggested I change the order to save money and still got what I wanted! The best customer service in a long time! Thank you so much and the food was fresh to order! Crazy for a late night pick up. 🔝“

“The only problem I have here is that are you ordering online or the kiosk pays you no attention and think you know how to obtain your order it doesn't want to prepare it and present it to you you got all these different bags and food on the counter and you don't know what you're looking for or what you're doing.
The pickup counter is so small it's such a small space.
It saddens me because I do like McDonald's or disease spreading or germ control or are the nets over there by the trash by the drinks there's a lot of nets and I told them several times what it needs to be cleaned at play there's some congested fixing your food back in that space where they're cooking at which is a problem for me looking at it it's so terrible to look at it like that is a issue of germ and disease in our food. So yes someone here at this McDonald's on Port Washington road 5400 block needs to pay this more attention otherwise with all them please running around by the garbage by the drinks will you fill your drinks at and I'm going to film this and I'm going to send it to the county or city building inspector. “I just had to take a moment to rave about our local McDonald's, especially the wonderful team that works there on Sunday nights and throughout the week. My daughter and I have been here probably about 15 times in the last year since moving here, each time, we've been met with fantastic service.

Most recently, on Sunday, December 8th, I was particularly impressed by the staff. They were not only friendly but also incredibly attentive, ensuring that our order was just right. It's clear that they take pride in their work! The fries were hot and crispy, and the food was always fresh, exactly what we expect from McDonald's.

What stands out the most is how the team manages to maintain such a positive atmosphere, even amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy store. There’s an obvious chaos that comes with peak hours, yet the staff remains cheerful and seems to genuinely enjoy their work. It’s refreshing to see employees who are not just doing their jobs but are also engaged and happy to serve customers.

We truly love this McDonald's, and it’s the dedicated team that makes our visits special. I really hope they receive the recognition they deserve for their hard work and outstanding customer service. Keep it up, team—we'll definitely be back for more delicious meals and great experiences!

“People normally only leave reviews when negative and Im guilty of that sometimes as well but this one is different. I normally come Saturday mornings around 630ish the past couple weeks and the woman at the drive thru with the short hair is amazing. Im not sure if shes the manager but she has a kind tone and actually gets my orders right. I always order coffee and creamer on the side and she is the only one that actually gets it right out of the places Ive been and my morning coffee is everything to me. I never got her name but I want her to know she’s appreciated. If shes not a manager she deserves to be.“

“The upper management team is great an the store is very clean for its location an the lady that runs it is very professional an by the book some staff members are lazy but management picks up their slack it's to bad they can't get the help they need“

“I was here on a Friday(Good Friday)around 8:00pm. From the time I placed my order to the time I received it I waited over 45 minutes in line along w/all the other cars & had I not placed this order thru my mobile app. I definitely would’ve not waited all that time, but I was already charged for it. I don’t know if they were short staffed this particular day but it was crazy! When I finally got home the food was cold & my order was wrong. I tried to call the store, but nobody answered luckily I have the order saved in my mobile app so I can address this situation at a later date, but to be fair we visit this location often because it’s close to home and I very seldom have any issues with the service or quality of food. I guess it was just one of those days…“

“A personal shout to MamaT!! This lady's ENTIRE Personality was 💯💯!! You could feel her bubbly energy through the intercom, this what Great customer service looks like! Thank you ma'am for your positive vibes! However on another note the fries were lukewarm, she did not serve my food, she took my order. I'll come again“

“This facility is on the east side of 14th St. Google Maps shows it on the west side.2023-Sept. We just ordered through the app and picked it up through the drive-thru. We came around 11:45 p.m., on a Friday night.The African-American young man in the pick-up window was very polite and hard-working. He apologized for not having one thing in our order and asked us humbly if we would like an Oreo mc flurry or something else instead.They got our big order right, and everything was hot and done the way we requested.Bon Appétit ?“

“I love the fact that this is one of the only locations in the area that has the playland for the kids. The only reason that I gave it four stars is because the bathroom is locked & you have to go all the way back up to the counter, wait to ask somebody to unlock it for you and then you have to wait until they're not busy. When you have little kids that need to be changed that is quite unfortunate if they have to use the bathroom right away. Cuz they can't hold it for long. (At the same time, I understand they need to keep it locked for security purposes due to people who are not customers constantly wanting to come in and just use the bathroom)

“This is my favorite McDonalds in the city of Milwaukee! I was telling the staff this morning that I passed 4 other McDonalds to come to the one on Teutonia and Good Hope! The staff is friendly and they know my order as soon as I walk in the door! That shows me that they care and they are paying attention. The food is always fresh and hot! I love this place, and if you have an issue with the staff, something is wrong with you!“

“Okay.......i gave them a 4 star because the staff was amazing....the ghetto nonsense is saw the staff put up with was unbelievable. They were courteous, polite, professional......spite the fact nothing but unwashed, foul mouthed patrons come in there cussing and acting a complete fool. The store was clean.....spite the fact the pardons just throw their trash all over the floor and parking lot. Give this staff a raise and close this location down so the trash has to go without“

“Windows clerk spoke slowly, clearly, and was very polite. The woman at the delivery windows was helpful and asked me to pull right into the waiting area, because there were equipment difficulties. The person who brought out my food was quick and polite, as well.“

“Had a really good experience here actually..came in with my kids looking for certain Happy Meal Toys a while ago and the ladies working that day took extra time to help us out. Really made our day they went the extra mile. Went above&beyond!“

“It's McDonald's so the food is always consistent It's going to taste the same at most locations The only thing they need to improve is their McCafe drink process cuz those don't always taste the same otherwise this location there's no need to sit in because there's nothing inside They don't even have the kiosks where you can do a self-order not sure why but it is what it is and it's McDonald's Glad they brought back the $5 meal deal and some more discounted items because nobody wants to spend $30 for two people at McDonald's!“

But McDonald’s in general there was two of them. I had issues with the McDonald’s won’t stand behind their crap. They said they would give me a five dollar coupon for the five dollars that I got ripped off now it’s $10 and they won’t pay me.“

“Don't use this location much but this time was great. Service was awesome and very friendly. Gentleman at window had great service and friendly. Food was to be expected from McDonald's. Based on service, I would visit again as long as it's same.“

“This McDonald's service is actually pretty good from my experience. I just moved to this area back in November 2025, & I go here quite often, but I haven't experienced any issues yet. I used to live by the one on Hampton & Appleton Ave, and that one sucked. It's a noticeable difference from this one.“

“I just went through the drive thru, it was quick and friendly till I got to the window to pick up my order. As it was handed out to me I asked the young lady to wait(I have sever arthritis in my hands). Now I know she would not know this but it was the look she gave me that I didn’t care for. I know things were busy and the fast service through the drive thru is essential to your business. But I felt offended by her look that I would even ask to have her wait till I could grasp my order without dropping it. I felt like saying you will be old someday.“

“Definitely one of the better McDonald's on Capitol Dr. Appreciate the employees not giving attitudes for expecting them to do their jobs. Although some dining room cashier's need to do better with not allowing people to wait so long to either take an order or cash out a customer. But usually it's 1 employee for the dining room cashier that does make it all a better experience. You definitely know when she's your cashier.

Parking: Several areas to park and pickup locations

Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible but you might want to park on the Southside lot only because it be a hill to go up on the other 2 lots unless you parked nearest to the drive thru entrance so you weren't having to go up or down the hill.“

“Me and my uncle came in with a big order for our family and they were a little backed up so it took a while for them to get the food out. The head front of house Tatriana had exceptional customer service making sure we had all of our order and then some. She apologized frequently for the wait, threw in free apple pies, and insisted on remaking our fries because she thought they were cold. I’ve never experienced this amount of customer service at a fast food restaurant, let alone McDonald’s. Tatriana was very helpful and handled the pressure of being backed up very well. The standard she held herself to was great.“

“Today is 10/12/22, Wednesday. At around 6:05-6:15 am this morning, I was greeted by a very nice young man. I placed my order, pulled up to the window and a young african-american slim male with braids, greeted me with a good morning, asked me what kind of condiments I needed for my breakfast sandwich, took my credit card (said thank you, it will 1 moment), handed me my card back, gave me my meal and said thank you to me, and said you have a wonderful day. Now this may not seem like much to many people, but it meant the world to me because it's been a loooonnnng time since I have been greeted this way. That little greeting changed my whole demeanor in such a short period of time which started off as a bad morning. So I want to praise that young man (wish I caught his name), and just want to say you are a good example of what customer service is suppose to be and I just had to share that. “My first time going here Drive through was very fast, I ordered $113.00 worth of food and the wait wasn't more then 5 minutes. So I command them on that. Also I made a mistake on one of my Items but they where accommodating and friendly but professional great service. I recommend this one over the one on 9th and north ave. I'll give them 4 stars till I dine in.

Parking: Both sides of the business. Handicap parking. Parking for online order pickup, and regular parking. Also the lot was very clean, and bushes where trimmed grass was neat. Next time Me and my 12 children will dine in.“

“I only go to this McDonald’s for breakfast and have never had any issues, the staff always takes my order quickly and gets me through the line within a few minutes. The food is average McDonald’s food. The staff have always been super friendly and quick.“
