“This place is getting a five star review for one reason. The young Asian girl with glasses working the drive through window this evening. From the minute the window opened she made direct eye contact and genuinely smiled at me. Her smile changed my entire day and made me feel seen. I told her how much this meant to me and I hope this review encourages the management to praise her as well. It's one thing to be an excellent employee but being an excellent human being is worth so much more!“
“I understand that sometimes the McDonalds app for codes doesn't always work. I went to get a certain deal and the code just wasn't working in drive-thru. I totally would have payed full price no problem. The worker instead just gave me a free fry no problem. She truly had great service and this was around 10:40 AM“
“I go to the McDonald's on 108 Lapham in west allis WI I don't eat the food at any McDonald's I go for coffees and a buy ice from this one that McDonald's has very nice customer service please tell your employees to keep up the great work 👍“
