I placed an order on the app, drove over and saw the app said I could change from drive thru to counter pickup. I clicked that option and it canceled the whole order, it didn’t even revert it back to drive thru. Which doesn’t make sense as the order had gone through, charged me, and gave me a code. They said that counter pickup is only for doordash now. At this point why even go to restaurants if they only prioritize doordash?
I usually have my sandwiches customized and for the most part they get the order right. Quality of the food has been extraordinarily good lately and ordering through the app makes them extraordinarily inexpensive too.

Order delivery one of the items asked for was a quarter pounder. They used to make these hot and fresh to order. When I got the quarter pounder the meat was room temp and the cheese was cold and not melted at all. ?
