You would assume a mobile order pick up would be a quick and easy transaction, at this location it wasn't the case. From the worker's to the manager you could see and feel their frustration. The initial contact from the speaker to the first window took over 10 mins. The code was given and yet the order was continously entered incorrectly and not located. One would assume with the manager so close by she would of showed some sort of customer service skill yet that wasn't the case....read full review

Clean the tables would make this place 🤔 better the windows were getting cleaned but not the tables my sandwich was hot but their fries were cold.

McDonald's is a restaurant where the quality of service can vary greatly depending on the employees. While some staff members may be friendly and attentive to customers, others can be lazy or uninterested. The upper management team is great, and the store is very clean for its location. The lady that runs it is very professional and by the book, and she helps to ensure a good experience for customers. The food, however, is consistently fresh and of good quality, especially popular items like the Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Despite some negative experiences, such as issues with orders, the restaurant remains a convenient option for a quick meal, with convenient parking and 24-hour service. Many customers appreciate that their orders can be made right, and those who have had issues have found management willing to turn things around, making them feel valued.
