Had an issue with my order, but team member Nalissa (sp?) saved the day. Somehow the order never went through (mobile app) even though I have a receipt and everything. Nalissa got to it and rushed it out making my kid very happy.
The hasbrowns are ALWAYS crispy unlike some surrounding locations
The manager did not want to do anything but the bare minimum. It was very obvious that asking for anything beyond placing my initial order would be an inconvenience. It's one thing if the restaurant was insanely busy, or if the drive thru line was supremely long, but neither applied. I won't be going to this location again.
