About Naf Naf Grill

Naf Naf Grill offers delicious and customizable Middle Eastern cuisine, with customers praising the fresh and flavorful food. The dining area is clean and spacious, and the restroom is spotless, creating a pleasant overall atmosphere. Customers can enjoy a variety of options, including stuffed pitas, bowls, and salad plates, with the ability to customize their meal to their liking. Several visitors have noted that the food tastes great and is much better than fast food, with some mentioning that the crispy chicken is especially good. Many reviews highlight that the food is wonderful and affordable, with fries being especially popular and considered the best ever.

However, service can be inconsistent. There have been reports of unprofessional behavior, long wait times, and poor customer service, especially when staff members ignore guests or do not work as a team. Some customers experienced rude behavior from staff, while others found the staff friendly and efficient after multiple visits. At times, employees appeared disengaged, sitting on their phones or chatting, which affected the overall atmosphere. The restaurant can feel quiet and lacking in ambiance, with occasional noise from staff on FaceTime. Parking remains limited, as the restaurant shares a small lot with other stores. Overall, while the food is highly praised, customers hope management will address staff issues to improve the dining experience.
