“Been to Spectators a number of times and always received great food and great service, until tonight. Stopped in for a bite to eat and sat at the bar. We ordered a a couple of beers and then a burger with fries and a sandwich. When the food came out, the fries weren’t with the burger. I was told, “The fries will be out in a few minutes.” I finished the burger in the usual time it would take to eat one and still…No fries. I waited, and it wasn’t until about 8 minutes later that the fries finally came out. No apology. I refused the fries because I was done with my eating. What’s the point? Bartender shrugged and gave the fries to what seemed to be some of her friends across the bar. When the bill came, there was no discount for the error. When I asked about being charged full price when the fries came out well after I was done with my burger, I was told, “Well, I brought them out.” Given the attitude, arguing further was a waste of time. Very disappointed with the attitude and the lack of apology for the uneven service times. Might be back, but not anytime soon. Still recommended for the quality of the food and most service received, but if this was my first time there, I’d never go back.“

“Owner wouldn’t believe us that our food order was wrong so he proceeded to take a fork and dig through 4 orders of tacos to make sure they were made with fish instead of shrimp. You could CLEARLY see it was fish. Did not comp us anything for our food and expected us to eat the food he just dug through. THEN THE OTHER owner came to apologize for the incident and STILL didn’t offer to make it right. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT go there.“

“We went for an early dinner on a Saturday. By 6pm every seat in the restaurant was full - with good reason. The food was amazing. Roasted beet salad, pork belly appetizer, duck and an off menu item - steak and frites. Each was beautifully presented and delicious. Service was attentive.“

“Very nice bar/grill. This was my first time there. I ordered a Reuben which they made with a hamburger instead of corbed beef. I probably didn't read the menu closely but it was delicious. It was quite chilly in this establishment. My husband had fish which he said was awesome.“

“This was our first time ever bowling without a computer telling us. So that was quite interesting. But I did like that we could play as many games as we wanted and then pay. Our bowling balls got stuck a few times but we have had that happen before at other places. Just how it goes. Thanks for having us“

“I saw this place recommended on 920 fish fry, which is a site for fish fries in the fox valley area. We went there on a Friday night at 6 PM and they were very busy. We were greeted right away and got our drinks immediately, and the server took our order after she delivered the drinks, it took a while for the food because of how busy it was but once we got it, it was delicious. I got the fish tacos and love them along with waffle fries. My husband got the seafood platter and he really loved his meal. I didn't care for the scallops that much but I love the walleye. We would definitely go back.“

“Got there before dinner rush....Ordered onion rings , breaded mushrooms , then a mushroom & Swiss 1/2 lb burger with Dr. Pepper....Sat at the bar , nice size TV screens & plenty of them , some chance games ,Food was really good , want to go back for fish fry.....barmaids / waitress were kept hopping and still kept every one in drinks and food.....sweet job lady's....Will definitely coming back....???Parking: Can get a bit crampt after rush.....“

“Great place , up north atmosphere /sports bar, older crowd, pool tables,Sum gaming machines.Got there just before the dinner rush...Started out with mushrooms and onion rings , Had the Friday fish fry,double order of fried cod (6 pieces),slaw and mustard potato salad, and Dr.pepper ,it was good food,MMMMM...Don't BE IN A HURRY, great place to relax,The barmaid was fun to watch, but was busy,get your order in and wait for the " HONK " as it's given to the cook....lol..Don know about how good the mix drinks are,had soda.SPENT $34.00 for my self with out the tip.....A THUMBS UP IN MY BOOK.....Parking: Ok lot size, fills up fast on Fri . Night.“

“There was a sign as we walked in "Worst food I've ever eaten" Review on Yelp...It was a JOKE based off of some idiot because the Friday Fish was AWESOME!!!! HUGE JUICY SHRIMP!! Thick and juicy perch and haddock, perfectly cooked baked potato. My gf is hard to please and she even said 9+ out of 10. The only thing was the coleslaw had a late vinegary taste. But we loved it!! It's a bar, kinda loud. Prices were good. We will go again and bring friends/family.“

“Room was clean and king bed was very spacious. My two sons 6'2" and 6'3" found the king to be very comfortable. The sofa sleeper is small, but comfortable. I slept on it and I'm 6ft 240lbs. breakfast buffet was good with bacon, eggs, and make your own mini waffles“

“I got there a little too late and they were done with wings but the bartender Nikki was so nice. She turned the fryer back on and made me some of the best wings I've ever had at a bar. I used to cook bar food so that says something. I worked in the service industry for many years. The wings were perfect and the service was outstanding. Nikki is an awesome bartender and she made my night when I thought I was out of luck, but she came though with great food and great service. Thanks Nikki. Please give this lady a raise.“

“We were visiting out of town as my daughter had a Halloween Party there. It doesn't look very big from the outside but don't let looks deceive you. It's two sided so there is plenty of room. It's like what you would call a corner bar in Milwaukee. We were lucky we arrived a little early because by 8:00 it was packed and there wasn't a seat in the house. Everybody was very friendly and welcoming. We did not feel out of place from being out of towners.“

We're convinced it might just be the finest perch fish fry in all of Wisconsin! “Cimarron has amazing food! The steaks on Saturday nights are phenomenal and reasonably priced. The broasted chicken is some of the best I've ever had. The Friday night fish fry is unbelievably good. The staff has all been there for years and are a great group of people. The atmosphere is very much like a supper club. Which is surprising because if you go into the bar you would never know. There's a huge dining room and back. I can't say enough good things about this place.“

“Came in for the Friday Fish Fry. Fantastic. Some of the best i’ve ever had. I had the tavern cod. The breading was light, and cooked perfectly. My mom had the baked haddock and loved it as well. Service was a bit slow at first, but it’s March Madness. The place was packed! Waitress was attentive when she came over. Great experience.“

“Very interesting place, very neat atmosphere. Got my lunch to go but wished I could have stayed and eaten at the bar. The burger was excellent, so good in fact I even ate it though they didn't put any ketchup in the bag. I find it very very hard to eat a burger with out ketchup, but I was too far away when I noticed and gave it a go. And it was excellent. The fries were very good to but sure wanted ketchup ?“
