This place is really fun and we were pleasantly surprised with the food and service. Excellent service! We visited multiple times this summer and loved the outdoor seating and great view of the river and downtown redwing. There was an excellent blues band the first time and a OK coverband another time. Typical Jamaican restaurant with reggae live music, excellent Caribbean food and service. Pet friendly. Get prepared with bug spray and the strong smell of pot from some customers. Plenty parking and dock. Food price:$ compared to other restaurants serving Cajun/ Caribbean food. Take out available if you don’t want dine in.
We really enjoyed our experience here. Loved the outdoor space with gorgeous river views. Unique menu! Our server, Shanice, was attentive and professional. We appreciated her recommendations! The jerk chicken was delicious and the chicken strips and homemade fries were an absolute delight for my mama! Very good food! We will definitely be back.
