“A & W is a classic American brand, and I love their root beer floats, today I got a Brat, onion rings & a float. And was not disappointed. Service was prompt, thorough, and provided by a Young, professional waitress named Jazlene. The food was delivered fast & fresh, the restaurant is of course a vintage throwback, even the radio station was set to an oldies station. It was clean as well, always a welcome touch.
Will definitely be back.“

“The service is good, the food is good, but the app constantly tells me I'm not connected to the internet - even when connected to YOUR WIFI - so it's very difficult to place a mobile order. Only after 10-15 attempts does it seem to finally work. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as enabling/disabling my internet. I know this isn't something this individual location can control, but perhaps you can pass the word up to corporate that your app doesn't work properly. This has been happening for a few weeks now. “The food is normally always really hot and fresh, but I don’t know what it is about me asking for extra ranch. If a 4pc Tender Basket is supposed to come with 2 ranches, I ask for extra and don’t understand how I always end up with only 1 in the bag.“

“I don’t know who is doing the hiring here, but you are killing it! Besides being a great restaurant, the staff are fabulous! From the hosts, to the bartenders, the servers, and the managers, all awesome people!!! I bring my mom and teens and we all love your staff. My kid lost a little laminated person they’d created, probably worth 10 cents, but it meant the world to them and the hosts tried looking for it. They couldn’t find it, but said they’d let the manager know. It’s such a minor thing, so I figured it would be forgotten, but that night I received a call from Brianna. They’d found it during their deep clean. She said they were closed, but she’d leave it in the office for me. It meant the world to us! Thank you!!! Great food and drinks are wonderful, but the staff will keep us coming back!“
