“Today is a Packer playoff Sunday so of course the store was busier than normal. Even though the food took about an hour longer than expected to get, the workers there kept their cool and got the orders out. Ours was perfect and correct. The young woman at the register was calm and friendly. The woman in the kitchen packing up the orders and calling names was great. I applaud everyone in that restaurant for staying with it and getting correct orders out. I will be back to support that hard working store. They just opened and will learn to be better prepared for future Packer Sundays.“

We are always greeted right away even though I see some regulars. We don’t get treated any different, the food is always hot so when I wait I know it’s because the chef is cooking it the right way.they have weekly specials like margarita Mondays, wing Wednesdays, tenderoni (chicken tenders)Thursdays, fish fry Fridays, and Saturday and Sundays are specials on micheladas and mimosas.“
“I grabbed a hot cheeseburger and fries and an olde tyme pink lemonade on New years Day. The staff was friendly and quick to help me. My food was made fresh, ready to go within 8 minutes and less than $14 for a combo meal. Absolutely delicious, and I'll be back to try the fish soon.“
“Love love love their boneless wings. Lightly breaded and good amount of sauce. Always ask what the specail sauce is, they arent listed on the menu. Very well priced for the food and quality. Fun atmosphere with plenty of Bar space and/or longer high top tables to accomodate a group of adults comfortably. My fav sauce is the greek freak (bufflo/feta). Anytime we are in the area its a must stop for us.“
“Steny’s is a go-to for sports, their trivia is so fun, and I cannot think of a time I’ve been and it’s not been great. Bartenders and servers are super friendly, you do have to keep in mind that when it’s absolutely packed, there will be some small delays!Vegetarian options: They have a vegan chicken that’s really great to add and are so helpful making something vegan for me. My favorite is the G Thang salad as a wrap with the faux chicken. Also, their side of veggies is the BEST most simple side you could want.“
“Parking is difficult now that a new company took away the extra parking. Went there twice in the last couple months the and couldn't find any parking. Had to go elsewhere. They have the best blue gill and potatoes pancakes. They also have a peanuty popper bacon wrapped. Oh yum!“

“It was a after normal dinner time near 8pm on a Friday night and was looking for fish fry. There were many choices in the neighborhood and decided on JJ Fish. Had the 6 wings 6 fish. Was able to get 3 catfish steaks and 3 ocean perch with fries. The place was busy with lots of carry out order, but they had two people in the kitchen cooking and one up front packing and taking orders. Fish was tasty, fresh tasting and hot. Lots of fries if you like fries and only complaint would be wish it came with even a small side of slaw. I think you could purchase it, but it would have made the meal even more with it. Next time. Will be back even though.“

“Really great wings cool place: got stuck in a hotel here when a huge snow storm shut the city down. Ended up talking to the owners brother for a bit.They have a real passion for their food. I would highly recommend trying their wings, the mustard based hot sauces were really good. But I was surprised that their Cap’n Crunch wings were my favourite. If I’m back in the city I’ll make sure to stop by again.“
“Stopped by for a late lunch. Tables were clean and we ordered quickly. Two meat meal with brisket and pork was fantastic. Tried both sauces delicious. Fries were hot crispy and beautifully seasoned. Beans were especially great. Staff was welcoming. Definitely worth a stop! Keep up the good work!“
“Ordered a pepperoni & sausage $15 + One topping pepperoni at PROMO price $9 total $28 & the pizza was really good. I picked my order up much later than the time that i ordered it and even though the pizza was sitting awhile before i picked it up it tasted very good once i ate it at home & the customer service at pick up was amazing over the phone & in person in spite of my late arrival. Also a 9 minute drive right off of I43 to my place and out of delivery zone which was a bummer, because others around here that deliver are not so great and this would be a go to for sure.“

“Stopped in the night before Thanksgiving at around 730pm not realizing that they close at 8. Everything was off and they were getting ready to shut down. We were greeted immediately and told it was okay, they'd still take our order. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. As they prepared our food we were chatting and joking with them. They gave us a little history on their location which was pretty cool. The restaurant itself was very clean. From the walls, to the floor, the counters, all very clean. Food was great as well. We usually go to the 13th street location but will most definitely be coming to this location from now on. Thanks to the staff for the awesome service!“

“I stopped here after lunch to check the place out after driving past it for many years. Unfortunately it has the street under construction in front of it so you have to park in the surrounding neighborhood to get there at the moment. It's your typical West Allis dive bar that looks aged with a pool table, flat screens etc. They have daily specials and a small hot food menu. The owner survived the C19 shut down only to endure the front street shut down which kills his business because I was the only person in the place, what a back to back shame. Being the only person in the place kills the enjoyment of going out with no one around you to talk to so I had to leave and move on, when the street is fixed and people come back I would like to stop back over.“

“We got the ribs and chicken deal and were well worth it. We got mac and cheese as a side with some cheddar cheese balls and some breaded mushrooms. Everything was hot and fresh when we picked it up, and we had enough for leftovers. Now I've had their chicken before, so I already knew it was good but had never tried the ribs, and they were so tender and flavorful. I was expecting a small portion, but thru gave us plenty! Will def be going back and would def recommend it to anyone!“

“My favorite carryout spot hands down since moving to Brookfield. I get carryout at least once a week from the BROOKFIELD location. Great pasta and pizza. Proportions are good and staff is friendly. Their thin crust pizza is comparable to the famous thin crust pizza spots in Racine,WI which are the pizzas I grew up on. Reminds me of home.“
“This is THE BEST Golden Chicken in Wisconsin. I faithfully visit here with my punch card to get chicken, pizza, ribs, etc.The customer service is exceptional! The gentleman at the counter (I assume the owner) is a wonderful person. He goes above and beyond with everything from greeting me upon entrance to walking my food out to my car when it’s done!The food… easy 12/10. The chicken is always CRISPY and juicy. Never overcooked. The coleslaw is notoriously nasty at other locations, but not this one! My mom said it’s the best she’s had in all her years of going to a Golden Chicken.
