Ordered donuts from them on Monday and they asked me to give them the specifics of my order at the pay window. Went back today to get a 1/2 a dozen and when I pulled up and tried to let them know which ones the kids wanted they put the wrong ones in twice then told me I had to pull around and come in because they had customers waiting. I had to take four kids including and infant out in the rain so they could hand me the box with correct donuts. It’s been our place to go...read full review
Always slow, atmosphere is not welcoming, no friendly staff. I wish I wasn't addicted to dunkalattes but half the time it just tastes like sweet milk.
Worst service and order was wrong. Said it was not there store but it had the store # on the order. Customer service is awful.. Avoid this store and go to Cold Spring instead.
