What happened at this location? They used to be fast, polite, and accurate. I would wager that their management team changed; it's nothing like it used to be. DO BETTER.

There was only one emplyee working when we arrived. 8/30/26 at 10:45AM. Don't know his name but he took care of our order quickly. He deserves a raise and a pat on his back from the boss

Taco Bell is a popular fast food chain that has received mixed reviews from customers. One customer found themselves as the only dine-in customer, but still received hot food and quick service despite the staff handling multiple drive-thru orders. Another customer, who frequently visits for lunch, commends the polite staff and correct food preparation, highlighting it as the best Taco Bell in the Milwaukee area. The customer also notes that the doors are always unlocked during the day and prefers the self-service kiosks. A third customer praised the cleanliness and efficient service, noting that the food quality and kitchen work reminded them of high-end restaurants. They highly appreciated the staff's dedication to their work. Customers also mention that the food is always good and made the right way, with hot and fresh meals. While the speed of service can sometimes be inconsistent, with one person waiting 35 minutes in the drive-thru, others found the service quick even during busy times. An employee working at the window at 8 pm was recognized for being exceptionally polite and respectful, despite being short-staffed. Overall, the staff’s dedication and the quality of the food stand out, making this Taco Bell a well-regarded spot for many customers.
