Adobo chicken mac n cheese!!

Outstanding! I've never eaten here just had some food they catered at a wedding, it was so so good! The veggies they made were out if this world! If I ever cater anything I will be using them!

Came here for lunch during the U.S. women’s open. The loaded baked potato, chipotle Mac n cheese, and ribs were all fantastic.

Very disappointing experience for our wedding ceremony. My BIL and brother drove 30 minutes each way to pick up our catering order. On the way home, I got a call from Andy saying they forgot to give them the roasted broccoli and cauliflower side. They Turned around and went back. Once home I realized that they also missed the country potato salad that I ordered and paid for. Called Andy and he told me I could come and pick up a check or he could mail it. He finally suggested Zelle, but it took a couple calls before I finally received reimbursement for the missing potato salad. And the reimbursement didn’t include taxes like he said it would. Also, there were a couple significant “custom item “ charges on the receipt that I have no idea what they were for.

Meal was extremely disappointing…the ribs were tough and dry, the brisket was not melt in your mouth like I had been told, and the chicken was dry as well. Pulled pork was the best thing on the menu. I did give the courtesy of providing this info to Andy last week and before I posted this negative review. Never heard back from him.

A roadside BBQ joint like you dream about! Straight out of a movie. All menu items are especially delicious here, so do yourself a favor and do not miss! There are locals who eat here every damn day.

Hands down the best burger in all of Hartford and surrounding area. The other barabecue items are great also, stop in you wont be dissapointed

The adobe chicken was our favorite but also had the shredded pork, brisket and a bunch of sides. Everything was great and the owner let us taste test a bunch of sides! We live an hour away and will definitely be making special trips for their food!

Had the catering at Holy Hill. Pulled pork and adobo chicken was very tender and flavorful. Mac and cheese is nice and saucy. Excellent food. Polite staff. Will definitely check out the other location!!

We had them cater our wedding and the food was amazing! The guests raved about how delicious the food was!

soooo good! ? husband and I stopped in for a quick dinner and to say the least were definitely making this a more frequent spot! we got the pulled pork sandwich and the brisket, the Mac is a must. the service was fantastic too, very knowledgeable and accommodating!

We had Andy and his awesome team cater for our wedding in August and it was the BEST experience ever. All of our guests had nothing to say except how this was the best food they ever had a wedding! It was a stress-free and quite fun experience. I would recommended anyone to this place!!

P.S. The Mac and Cheese will blow your socks off!!!

Stopped in for lunch. Beef brisket sandwich with house sweet BBQ sause and a side of sweet apple baked beans. This place is off the charts! Do yourself a favor and eat here.
