It took 20 minutes to get 2 burgers, pretzel bites, and 2 chillers. Then when we got the food, they gave us the wrong size and items. The young lady that brought us our food was top notch and very professional. We were given a voucher for our wait and they remade our chillers. Definitely would go back. Took one star for the few hiccups we had.

Lots room in the seating area. Lots of room in the parking lot. Nice lit drive through. Easy access for people with disabilities. Booths, single table and family size booths. My table was dirty. Nobody came around to clean. I ordered online from my seat.

My root beer float came without my meal. One of team members said they didn't know where my food was. The cover of my root beer float was covered with frozen custard. That should have been wiped off before...

The extra attention from management to get our order just the way we wanted was superb. This Wisconsin favorite knows how to make fast food dining an experience for all to appreciate. The Oreo Overload was true to its name. Can't wait til next time!
