THIS PLACE HAS REALLY TURNED AROUND!!!!! Im not new to hartford or the noodles there but do to poor leadership and food service ive been going to the westbend noodles when i wanted some Noodles. However that is now over. Im coming back!!! I don't know what happened here but its seriously different from when I went a few months/a year ago.
