When I first moved to hartford 2 years ago this place was great. Now in the last few months they have gone downhill. Just ordered door dash and specifically put in what I wanted in the coffee's and they are not at all anywhere near what they are suppose to be. No cream, no sugar, and no flavor. Just plain iced coffee. This has happened nearly every time I've gone there in the past couple of months. I'm tired of it. I dont think it's that hard to put in what's asked.

Waited in store 13 minutes before I gave up and walked out. Staff did not acknowledge I was there, or the guy behind me either. Meanwhile they kept working the drive through even sfsrring out the window when no one was there. Worst ever!

This just happened earlier this morning. Manager / owner don’t know how to run a business. Placed a mobile order at 6:30am and arrived at 6:40. Order was for 2 coffees, several other people were waiting a long time for their order. There were 2 new people working that didn’t know what the hell they were doing. At one point one of them said out loud “I don’t know how to make a macchiato. I got one of my coffees about 10 min after arriving and after 45 min of waiting they told me they didn’t know how to make the other coffee. This is in part a failure of the owner and manager to best prepare their store but also the 2 working need some general customer service training.

Dont work here. They only train you for 1 day. And then leave you by yourself to deal with morning rushes not knowing how to make everything. Then they fire you cuz you dont know how to do anything. Its not my fault they only trained me once. And thats just on how to open.

This location is terrible!!! Their customer service is awful! It really doesn't seem like they care though, as nothing has changed even though people constantly complain. The food is wrong 97% of the time, and it's either cold or burnt! There are plenty of other options for coffee and breakfast food, so I'm surprised they haven't gone under.
After my last couple of visits I will not be returning. I’ve had my order prepared incorrectly and when asked to fix I’ve been met with attitude. I’ve brought my kids in and I’ve been ignored at the counter or music is playing loudly with cursing. 1 too many bad experiences. Hopefully others have a better one.

Everytime I order they always hand me the wrong food or my order with nothing I actually ordered on it. 9 times out of 10 there are extra items missing. Went through one time and ordered a dozen donuts and they didn’t hand me anything but my drink I had to tell them I ordered donuts with it. The service is terrible and the employees need to actually read the reciept

Coffee is mediocre, but sometimes you need Dunkin’. I stopped coming for 3+ months because I was tired of them not having snackin bacon (due to allergies, it’s the one thing I can eat there) and now instead of being told “we’re out” they put sad soggy cold sandwich bacon in a wrapper and call it a day. As much as I enjoy bacon, I’d rather they stuck to saying they were out then have to suffer.
