Tara was a great help to me this morning. I had just installed the app and was having some difficulties with it so I stopped in there and she showed me exactly how to use the app and now everything is working great! The coffee I purchased was fantastic!Thank you!!
What an awesome experience! This was my first time at the Hartford location and Tara and Gracie were AMAZING! They greeted me with a smile and they were so pleasant. Next time I drive through, I'll be sure to stop at this Dunkin to grab a snack and a coffee. Hopefully I'll see one of those lovely ladies again!

I'm on the road A LOT, and Dunkin is usually my go-to spot for a nice little treat and a fancy (to me) coffee. There's something to be said about feeling like you got $15 worth of high quality stuff like at your competitors, but you got it at Dunkin for under $7!!! This is my favorite location too. The customer service here just makes me feel like I'm their #1 concern, and you just don't get that at other chains.
