“Ordered some food from here was a little on the pricey side, but worth it. One item I was pleasantly surprised with when I ordered the cheese bread I was expecting how you would get it from a larger chain, and I was pleasantly surprised to see something completely different. Really my biggest complaint was I was not hungry enough to eat more of it in one setting. I had to drive a truck and if I am passing through here again, I will definitely be ordering from here again.“

Interesting place, nice employees and service. It seems like it can’t decide if it’s a restaurant, a bakery, or a coffee shop. Feels claustrophobic a bit. The cookies we had were amazing and the lunch was fine. I’d like to try it at a slower time and have a coffee. It was a bit chaotic but seems really popular.“

We got 2 combo meals which was perfect for 2 of us.. plus just enough for lunch the next day! Orange chicken has a little kick and I love it… broccoli is perfectly steamed, just enough to keep it crunchy. I drive 25 min. for King’s Wok Hartland.“

“Had a cheeseburger and fries plus classic Bloody Mary which was pretty good Plate burger and fries came on was too small so juice from pickles kinda saturated the bun. Ordered medium done for meat but pretty much raw. Maybe that was my fault and should of ordered med well? Liked the fries a lot as not too salty. Service was GREAT! Somehow my wallet came out of my pants pocket and must've fell on chair seat. When we'd left, server tried tracking us down but we were already on our way. I realized it wasn't on me when I got home so called. They had retrieved it and put it in a safe place until my son picked it up the next am. Honesty and integrity those workers have there. “My 7 yo daughter and I stopped in today grab some lunch for the first time. Our server was Christina and she was simply amazing! We never had to request for a refill and she made sure we had everything we needed. She offered helpful suggestions, too. “Ive always wanted to come here and try the food but timing never worked out. I finally had a day where it would work. When I first walked in I was immediately greeted by the hostess who was very friendly. I sat at the bar and the bartenders were very quick to come over and ask how I was doing and what I would like to drink and gave me menus. I ordered the Louisiana punch. It was very well made and had amazing flavor. For food i ordered the Jambalaya and the alligator bites. The food came out very quick! The Jambalaya was a very decently sized dish with a very good quantity of large shrimp and crayfish tails in it. The flavor was absolutely amazing!! Perfect amount of heat with a little sweetness. The alligator bites were cooked to perfection and paired very well with the okra. I will definitely be coming back!“

Even though she was busy, she gave us the back story on the restaurant which made the experience that much better! How the OG Grandma Mary’s great grandson is now the chef, HOW COOL!! now for the food, I saw duck wings with a cherry sauce for an appetizer and immediately new I wanted to try them and I’m so glad I did. “Top notch restaurant. The food was outstanding. We had the loaded potato soup and our entrees were Angelina's Chicken and the Taste of Italy. Our food came out hot and was a pure joy to consume. I also had an Italian Margarita that was made perfectly. We ordered the 4 layer banana cake that was so decadent that we only ate half. We enjoyed it later that evening. We were very fortunate to have a very attentive and informative waitress. We also had the privilege of meeting the owner. She was such a delight and checked on us several times. Highly recommend this small business and we will be back when we visit this area.“

“Let’s start with 5 stars***** We visited Tally’s Tap on Wednesday October 8, 2025. This was our first visit. We spoke to a man on the way in, and he recommended the BBQ Ribs which was the ‘Homemade Dinner’ special - his name was Stan (a once a week regular). Inside we were promptly seated, and it was busy, with a full parking lot. Mike was our great waiter, and we also met Chad (another super friendly and knowledgeable waiter). I ordered a full rack of ribs, with Mac and cheese, fresh green beans, and corn bread for $24 (I think). Stan and Chad were right - the ribs were super tender, great BBQ sauce. I shared them with my husband and daughter and we all felt they were absolutely outstanding. Corn bread was very tasty as was the Mac and cheese. My husband ordered a wrap with grilled portobello, and a cilantro sauce - he said it was good. My daughter ordered a salad, with fried chicken sliced on top, and substituted the menu dressing for the green goddess. Everyone enjoyed their food. It was a lovely first visit, and we will be back! Thanks to the employees, and owners for making this such a great experience. By the way - I am very picky. I know good food because I worked in some great restaurants on the East Coast. It is tough to have me really love a meal - but you guys made that happen!“

“Although I recommend we haven’t experienced the great food and service we’ve had in the past. Bar area and Kevin were great as always but our dinner and service was below average. We waited an extended amount of time before we were greeted at our table. Our 1st batch of fish was warm at best. We waited 10-15 minutes with NO fish before our waitress returned to our table to ask if we wanted more. She then took our French fries and didn’t bring more back with the fresh serving of fish. My biggest complaint is if an establishment is going to charge extra per plate for the all you can eat option PLEASE train your staff to be attentive to their tables and bring the fish as needed as that is what we are paying for. Every time we decide to come for Friday night fish we always hope for a better experience but unfortunately that’s not been the case for some time now.“
