Stopped yesterday on the sleds for a few drinks and had the best Chicken and Dumpling soup!!!!!
We stop here every time we're in town. Great food, coffee is always tasty, and April is the best waitress!
I recommend Covered Wagon to everyone!
Prime rib was great, and the staff is very friendly!

Colalillo's Covered Wagon Restaurant & Bar is a great local restaurant right off the highway. The service is very welcoming, comfortable, and friendly, with fast, happy servers. The food is delivered quickly, presented beautifully, and is absolutely delicious. They serve best homemade food & soups, including an awesome Chix & Dumpling soup. The prime rib special night offers a Queen and King cut option; the Queen is huge. Other popular meals include the shrimp basket and a Carmel roll. The restaurant is very nice, clean, and makes everyone feel very welcome. It is a small family run business with a small town atmosphere, a great place to eat where the locals eat.
