My daughter ordered a bean burrito with no onions and extra sauce at this location she brought it home, It was cold. I opened it up, guess what there's onions. No extra sauce and the cheese isn't even melted. As you can tell the beans are crusted, we obviously got the bottom of the barrel. This is the worst product I have ever received from a Taco Bell and this is very unacceptable.
This Taco Bell is terrible. I've tried to go there for breakfast three times, and been unsuccessful each time. One time I was told they were short staffed so they just decided not to make breakfast that day. The other two times, even though it was after 9:00am, they were not open yet. I knocked on the door, someone let me know, and they looked at me like I was an alien when I asked if I can place an order. Place is very clearly terribly managed. While their food is great, the employees never open on time, say to wait a few minutes and have you wait more than a half hour, and then they still don't have it open. The service is absolutely horrible.
