“My wife and I stopped by last Friday (9/12/2025). Our first choice (suggested by our host) was the Red Pines Bar and Grill, but after being notified that it would be a 45-minute wait, we decided to go to Angelinis. We are so glad we did! Our first time in a real Italian restaurant. The waiter, after giving me a quick lesson in the correct pronunciation of "bruschetta," was very amiable and professional. A wonderful young man! The food was fantastic. The service was excellent, but the lighting was a little lacking. Some people were using their phone's flashlight to read the menu. Added Angelinis to our "Must Return If In The Area" list! Well done!“

“Pearl Street brewery is a pretty cool little brewery that moved into the old La Crosse boot factory; it's dark and industrial with low ceilings. They have lots of space with a little outdoor beer garden. They generally have 16 of their beers on tap with a few that well distributed. On my last stop they had lite, a lime, Brown, chocolate strawberry porter, orange hazy IPA, Hopped IPA, Pale Ale, amber wheat, hibiscus sour, citra IPA, Oat Stout, an aged sour, Belgian Quad, margarita sour, a double IPA, and a cucumber seltzer. The service and the patrons are friendly. It is worth a stop and you may catch a band on the right night.“

“was good. but was charged about 10.00 extra in side topping that were not explained. If it costs extra to get onions on steak, or marshmallows on sweet potatoes....they should tell you..and when paying 20 percent tip is the default setting“

“We had the burger, fries, and pie special on our way through town. It was a great deal. Perkins is known for their pies and they were delicious! My burger was too pink for me so be sure to specify how you’d like it. Or Server (Tracy) was bubbly and friendly.“

“Tasty food, good service, decent prices. We went there on motorcycles thinking there was seating, there was not. It says dine in or something on the door and on the website. Maybe they moved and didn't update anything, or maybe they used to have a couple tables to eat at, once. Whatever the case it was a nice evening so we found an outdoor table just the other side of some trees close by and ate.
The fried rice is brown, there is duck sauce and soy sauce in packets to grab, not sweet and sour, and the fortune cookies are next to the sauces and plastic ware.
All in all good experience.“
