“Delectable bites all around. You can't go wrong stopping at St Croix baking company. I have yet to find anything here that isn't excellent. And now that I know about St. Croix baking company in Hudson, my car will not breeze by Hudson anymore. 😋 I used to go from Eau Claire to the twin cities without stopping but now that I know better I have to stop at this bakery.“

“If we are going out for sit down pizza this is our go to spot. We moved from AZ two years ago and this is hands down some of the best we have found since we have been here. You can’t go wrong with any pizza, the Brussels sprouts are unreal, and every flavor of wing is good. Always great vibes here, family friendly, and the staff is awesome!“

“We are by no means regulars, but my husband and I always stop when we make our way from the Twin Cities to Hudson - it’s a perfect date-night spot with pages of incredible cocktails. Tonight however, we stopped in as a family with our kiddos and parents, and were nervous as we weren’t sure how things would go with a toddler and a baby. The staff were all incredibly accommodating and kind to us and our kids, service was stellar as always, and at the end of our visit, our 2 year old was even gifted her first lucky rabbit’s foot! I’m guessing it was one of the owners who we chatted with and who made her week - but you’ve ensured lifetime guests and we will keep recommending your spot to everyone we know. Thank you!!!“

“Perfect getaway for a wine tasting not far from St Paul! Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered superior tasting, and were not disappointed. The pairing was perfect, we truly enjoyed! Our favorite was cranberry wine (paired with chocolate) and a rose with salami. On a hot Sunday morning there was one more party of people there.“

“We just had our annual first Saturday of fall family dinner and we needed to provide the desert. This was our first visit here. We got a strawberry rhubarb pie. It was delicious & Everyone loved it! The young lady who waited on us was nice, helpful and friendly! We will be back :)“

My girlfriend ordered the Beef Ragu and loved it! The meat was super tender, and the sauce was just right. I went for the Prime Rib special, and it was delicious – cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. Our server was great, too – really helpful and laid-back. We're definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes.
