St. Croix Baking Company is an artisan bakery. The breads, professionally made desserts, cakes, phenomenal Almond Croissants, and so many other delicious treats. Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. They were out of or had a low quantity of a few things letting you know how popular this place is. We bought some bourbon butterscotch cookies which are very rich. The peanut butter cup was quite decadent and rich. Definitely an item to share with a friend.
