“The beers here are great and several have funny names that make you want to try them.
Before this brewery I've never heard of a kumpir. Basically a fancy baked potato, but man it's good! Delicious toppings and crispy skin. Only thing I wish they did was supply a metal knife with the kumpir. It was hard to cut the crispy skin with a plastic knife.“

“Nice local brewery outside of River Falls. Not too fancy, friendly service, and just a big space inside with a nice outdoor area as well. They had 16 beers on for my stop including: kolsch, golden ale, IPA, Pale ale, amber, lemon honey shandy, blackberry shandy, berliner, juicy IPA, Double IPA, Porter, stout, barrel aged stout, altbier, and their anniversary. The BA stout was the standout for me, very good. I imagine I will be back again when I am in the area.“

“me and my mother stopped by after seeing a post on the local neighborhood watch group and tried some ice cream the service was very friendly and the prices are super reasonable they recommended the peanut butter and banana flavor so I tried that one and my mom tried strawberry 🍓 it was delicious! will definitely be back when in the mood for a ice cream treat 😁“

“Delectable bites all around. You can't go wrong stopping at St Croix baking company. I have yet to find anything here that isn't excellent. And now that I know about St. Croix baking company in Hudson, my car will not breeze by Hudson anymore. 😋 I used to go from Eau Claire to the twin cities without stopping but now that I know better I have to stop at this bakery.“

“We are by no means regulars, but my husband and I always stop when we make our way from the Twin Cities to Hudson - it’s a perfect date-night spot with pages of incredible cocktails. Tonight however, we stopped in as a family with our kiddos and parents, and were nervous as we weren’t sure how things would go with a toddler and a baby. The staff were all incredibly accommodating and kind to us and our kids, service was stellar as always, and at the end of our visit, our 2 year old was even gifted her first lucky rabbit’s foot! I’m guessing it was one of the owners who we chatted with and who made her week - but you’ve ensured lifetime guests and we will keep recommending your spot to everyone we know. Thank you!!!“

“Me and my bestie visited today 3/21/26 for a delicious classic mbc bloody and wings! Ryan behind the bar was absolutely amazing! Food and cocktails were on point! Matt the manager on the other hand…. Yeah not so much. Throwing a knife behind the bar in front of customers and staff not the greatest way to show your management skills especially after you were the one to break a glass…. We will definitely be returning for ryan behind the bar not so much for the knife throwing Matt though… yikes 😳“

My girlfriend ordered the Beef Ragu and loved it! The meat was super tender, and the sauce was just right. I went for the Prime Rib special, and it was delicious – cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. Our server was great, too – really helpful and laid-back. We're definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes. If you're looking for a place with great food, a cool vibe, and excellent service, I'd highly recommend giving Post American Eatery a try. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to go back!“
