Then boom, all of a sudden ironwood is on the map with a top tier restaurant and us locals can’t get in anymore. … Maybe I shouldn’t write that into existence though because I’d be super sad if I couldn’t sit down for a prime rib again. So food critics, please stay away and let us have this. :) All jokes aside, I did have the best prime rib of my life. I love that it’s a reservation system, giving a sense of eliteness but still providing a small town, homey, comfortable dining experience when you sit down.
