So food critics, please stay away and let us have this. :) All jokes aside, I did have the best prime rib of my life. I love that it’s a reservation system, giving a sense of eliteness but still providing a small town, homey, comfortable dining experience when you sit down. It’s quiet, perfect for a date night or a special occasion. This will be our go-to in the future! Thank you for a great meal!“

“Husband and I were married at Powderhorn 12 years ago and returned to have dinner at the Caribou. Food was excellent, even our kids enjoyed their meals. Atmosphere was similar to a cozy supper club, with a warm fireplace, and tasty old fashioneds. Chris, our server, was simply the best! Cheerful, joked with us, quick to get us anything we requested.
