“Ate here for the first time tonight, ordered the lasagna which was the Thursday special. OMG it was delicious! The veggies that came with it were a little too oily for my taste but I finished them anyways. The lasagna piece was HUGE, and it came with two bread sticks that were equally tasty.I'll be back again next time we are in town!“
“Best sports bar in the north woods. Don't get me wrong our server was fantastic but the need more help. Just a few people running around like crazy. The food was good the atmosphere is great, they just need to get more help.Kid-friendliness: They have a great game room to entertain the kid and adults for that matter. The quad screen TV above the bar is the perfect sports venue.“
“We were so happy to be able to DINE IN at SPANG'S last night, only their 2nd night since re-opening. Their new QR ordering system on our phone worked great. Just be patient and you'll figure it out. You order using your smart phone and pay online. Then your order is submitted and one of several "runners" will deliver your items to your table. Drinks are at the end of the online menu. You choose your brand of preferred liquor and a menu opens up with names of a variety of cocktail choices. Be patient, kind and pleasant as the Spang's family initiates the new system. Our favorites over 40 years we've been happy customers are Fettucine Alfredo with Chicken, creamy garlic on the salads, and the fresh bread, as well as any Pizza. Everything is delicious!!“
“First time going to Sayner Pub so we have nothing to compare it to with the former owners' food. The pizza was outstanding. It is thin crust and cut into squares which just so happens to be my preference. If you like thicker or doughy crust, this isn't for you. Topping were generous and the whole thing cooked perfectly. The blue cheese salad had an unusual mix of toppings, including cranberries and a snack mix, but it totally worked and was delicious. The others in our party really enjoyed the steak sandwich and taco special. Although I did not try their food, I'm knocking a star for using store bought premade taco shells. That's just blasphemous! Service was efficient and pleasant without hovering.“
“Stopped at Gather to get a coffee on the way to Rhinelander. Cute little place, super nice barista. They have specialty coffee drinks along with the usual drinks plus tea as well. A small selection of food items, and a really cute place to sit and sip. Or in our case take out.“
“Ordered the Legion and LT Melt burgers with fries. Fries were hand cut, burgers done PERFECTLY. Service (Mary) was great. Friendly, attentive, and she cared about the experience. Smileys will be forever missed, LT Taphouse has done a wonderful job filling the void.“
“Ya know how you get hungry for pizza but you are skeptical about trying a new place? We are soooooo glad we had pizza at Sisters Saloon! It was exactly what we wanted. The server told us the sausage was homemade and the sauce was enough. (I usually order extra.) The sausage had great flavor without being too spicy. The thin crust was perfect. It held the topping and sauce very well without being soggy or falling apart. We sat in the dining room area which was very comfortable. Try it!!“
