We tried Spang's for the first time tonight. at first we were a bit confused by the atmosphere- specifically the church pews for seating. Very interesting though and I'd love to hear the reason behind it. Lighting was very pretty and cozy. Pizza and chicken parm was delicious. I also loved the Italian dressing on my side salad and the complimentary fresh bread and butter. Not the fanciest, but very cute.
We went there for my 77 birthday 🎉 It was so wonderful !!! And the dessert of Tiramisu 😘💕was oh so heavenly !!👍👍🥰 The eggplant parm on angel hair !!!!! Perfect !!! Friendly owners and staff !!! It was a night to remember !!!! Im going next Tuesday night for Homemade chicken Kiev and real wonderful wild rice !!! Not pilaf stuff .. Real !!!!😘 Thank you for the wonderful memory and Meal !!! Jeezus, what happened to this place?! I've been going here for over 40 years and these current owners suck! Whatever idiot answered the phone, then hung up abruptly on me at the end of my order, was the same guy who accepted me money when picking up. First time in years, I didn't tip for a takeout order.
