The explanation was that the prime rib cooks further in the takeout box. Nevertheless, it's puzzling that both prime ribs were bone dry. This has never happened before when I ordered to-go. The prime rib I had last time was seasoned well, but these had no flavor. As someone who eats here multiple times a year, this was disappointing. I called & they said they couldn’t do anything about it.“

The last few times I guess there has been a newer guy on the grill and honestly, the food is not worth the price when he's on the grill. He always smashes my burger flat and put the cheese on top on the toppings last time. I think I'll be calling ahead before I order next time.“
