“Well few years ago, est 15 or so, I use to occasionally be attached to WisANG at Volk Vield.I would always arrange my schedule to drive from Pittsburgh, PA, on Wednesday 685 miles, just to eat their steak dinner specials.”
“It's a nice place. They need more employees. They were really swamped when we came in, but the service was friendly and accommodating, the food was good. The wait time was a bit long, but again, they need at least one more front end employee for the amount of people that were there. One person cannot handle the amount of traffic coming through.”
“First time here...admittedly I'm not a bar person since I don't drink. Wife wanted to try Tuesdays and we were pleasantly surprised. Place wes exceptionally clean, not loud, and folks were very pleasant. Restrooms were excellent. Guess my view of "bars" is tainted by many of the dives I've been to in the past! Tuesdays was really a kind of restaurant with a bar, rather than a bar with a restaurant!, if that makes sense!! On weekends they serve breakfast and we are always looking for a new place!”
“Staff is very accommodating. Food is always delicious. I love that the kitchen is open till 10 pm. Highly recommend trying the Tyler Special Burger or the Ribeye Steak ”
“Had a great meal on Friday evening. They have a really good salad bar and the best chicken dumpling soup I have had in years! Dumplings like my mom used to make. They had a buffet which a lot of people were having but my husband and I had the seafoid trio, some if the best skewered shrimp I have ever had! Some new staff seemed to be starting that very evening but such a warm, family feel to this place! Definitely plan to go again. They also had an amazing selection for breakfast with good pricing. Only drawback are the bathrooms, limited privacy with the odd "folding" type doors for the two stalls, but that was only downside I found there. Highly recommend their food and friendly staff!”
“We stopped there for the first time and sat at a high top in the bar. It was very clean. The food was excellent: pulled pork, tater tots, fries. Few fry potatoes as well as they do. The serving was ample. There was room for improvement. 1) It took an incredibly long time to get food. We did consider leaving. 2) Of the 3 women I saw working behind the bar, only one seemed to understand that they’re in the hospitality industry. The other two looked/ acted unhappy to be working there. 3) There was no table service. While we thoroughly enjoyed the food, the length of time it took to get it would have us second guessing if that should be our place to eat out.”
“What an awesome place. Dont worry that its almost all locals, they wont bite unless you ask them to. If you love wisconsin sports and you wont bite someone unless they ask you to then make sure you go there. Be sure you just fit right in before you even order and tell John or Kelly that Luke said "hi", since one of those lovers of being Wisconsin is probabaly working there right now because you duds wont tip well enough for them to actually be at the game since you love that there watching it with you on T.V. instead. God bless Wisconsin and Sports.Amen.”
“Every time I have eaten or have ordered take out at Elroy Eatery, the food and service is incredible. The portions are larger than I've experienced at previous restaurants. I recommend this establishment to those looking for a fantastic meal at a reasonable price. They truly believe in quality!!!!”
“Love working here!! We have an amazing team and work very well together.Vegetarian options: We have Veggie Patties again!!Dietary restrictions: We are very thorough about changing our gloves to accommodate dietary restrictions or preferencesKid-friendliness: We have a variety of kid size sandwiches”
“Plenty of space for seating. Different areas to hang out. The tap wall is really cool and has a great variety on it. The place is clean and inviting and the bartenders are friendly.”
“If you are looking for a typical wisconsin bar this is it. It is a hang out for the locals and a must stop if your in area during the wisconsin gun deer season. Which is starts the third Saturday in November.”
“Stopped in on a lazy Sunday drive through southwest WI for a beer. Friendly staff and customers, good prices... cool display case behind the bar with taxidermy and Brewers memorabilia. Good place!”
“Madden’s Irish Pub is hands down a true gem in Elroy! The atmosphere and great vibes from the owners made my wife and I feel welcomed and right at home, especially their stories about the history of their building to that of the surrounding area. Great selection of regional and Irish beers to choose from, along with everything from basic drinks to specialty cocktails. And I must say their Reuben sandwich was scrumptious and will for sure lure me back for more, along with the special secret sauce for dipping fries and chips—yum! A nice game room compliments the pub. We will for sure be stopping back in every time we pass through town. I highly recommend Madden’s to locals and travelers alike. Thanks for the hospitality!”
“We always stop at this Quiznos when we are visiting the western part of Wisconsin. It is always good. The food is great and the service is good. There is a very odd person that is always there shopping whenever we stop by (which is like once or twice a year and unannounced) kinda starting to feel like a friend.”
“Open when nothing else was!! Oops was closed, these guys let us in to eat pizza, drink beer and watch the two drunk chicks extort drinks from the hammered guy with an awesome beard!!”
“Service was great, food was amazing definitely worth stopping in to try. They do have stairs in front & back so a little challenging on crutches but would go again. My husband had BLT & he ate every bite. He is pretty picky too. My burger had onion rings, cheese, bacon, tomato, lettuce. I could hardly get my mouth around it to eat. Stop in New Lisbon”
“We've been here for lunch before and the first thing I have to compliment is the woman behind the bar, she bartended, waited the tables and I believe cooked the food too, she did it quickly and friendly, a real pro. The chicken dinners were huge and delicious and as reasonably priced as you could ask for, this place is a real diamond in the rough”
“Love the Mushroom and Swiss but on Sourdough and super sad no more curly fries .. but do love the fact that they're open 24 hours. Not much in this area is open that ”
“I’m from the south east. Military sent us to Colorado for 10 years and it was awful not finding good Chinese. Lots of options, but lack of flavor. I gave this place a shot based off the reviews and was not disappointed! Great food, made fresh to order. Service was fast, prices are fair and finally flavor! Our go to is the general tsao’s chicken and orange chicken, wontons/rangoons, lo mein and fried and steamed white rice. We’ve had it a few times and it’s always been great!Parking: It’s attached to a McDonald’s and gas station that semi trucks can park at. Tons of parking available and semi friendly.”
“I didnt know what to expect when visiting this little small town bar. The locals at small town bars aren't always the most welcoming to an outsider. That wasn't the case here. The bartender was very friendly and chatty and the locals that were there were all very welcoming and friendly.”
“Once in awhile they get your order completely messed up but normally its on point!Parking: Big lot!Wheelchair accessibility: You can roll your normal chair in there or race your hot rod chair rite in!”

“Can’t beat this place! Kelly makes magical drinks that no one in the greater Clifton/Kendall area can compare to. If your cruisin for a green dinosaur look no further. Best believe I will be there ever single time I’m around that way!”
