Literally the BEST Buffalo Wild Wings for MILES. I've been to all 3 in Madison east, west, and downtown. They are all horrible while this one in Janesville is always on top of their game.
I had the most amazing waitress her name was Samantha Def need to request her.. she was so welcoming with amazing customer service my kids loved her and she made the experience wonderful.. the food was so good love their 6 for 19.99 deal so get 2 entrees 2 sides and 2 drinks so like 2 meals which was awesome for the kids and I got the new chicken parm sandwich which tasted amazing. The whole experience was welcoming and friendly they also have tvs all over with every sport on...
Had a situation with one of the servers being rude to my sister. The kitchen manager, Ryan, was really fast to assist us and got us immediately what we needed. Super kind staff mostly!
