This is normally one of my favorite places. Not sure what happened. A good portion was missing from my order. The steak was ordered medium, but was well done and one scallop was undercooked. The fried rice was really dry. I had to use a fork to eat it instead of chopsticks. I ordered a Japanese crab spring roll for the first time. The outside was very hard to get through and chew. Passing through town around lunch I wanted something light and sushi came to mind . Hibachi & Sushi came up as a suggestion so I tried it out .

Located in a small strip mall & offering a Free parking lot easy to park . It was only one table so not busy at all. Menu was extensive so it took me a while to decide . I chose the spicy yellowtail sushi rolls and a side of gyoza. Sushi came out first and presentation was okay - nothing too crazy . Nice side...
