We drive 35 minutes out of our way to go to this McDonald's because our daughter likes the playplace which all of the McDonald's in our area got rid of. They do a good job at this McDonald's. The people are friendly. The place is usually clean. During the Covid years we stopped coming here and I'm glad that's over. Our kids have been playing here while we eat for over 20 years.Bring back salads and grilled chicken for the adults please.
I placed an order for a double quarter cheese w/o pickles . I was asked to pull around cause the meat was being cooked. When I got home and took a bite the bun was burnt. I texted the problem to the number they give you to do so to complain the response was I should of went to Wendy's where there burgers are always fresh never frozen. I said thank you I will. Every single time I go here I'm met with an unreasonable waiting period. They must be either consistently understaffed or just bad at their jobs. There is NO reason I should have to wait over 30 minutes for an order for one AT A FASTFOOD PLACE.
