“Our family has been a consistent customer with the store on Val Vista & Southern in Mesa AZ for many years. I tried to order online tonight but it wasn’t available at this time. My husband went to the store with a WRITTEN list of what we wanted and the store got it wrong. The pizza that should have been a family size was only a large when we got it home. It had far less toppings on the pizza than all our previous orders. As much as I like PM pizza, I’m not sure I’ll go back. I can’t reach the store by phone as there is construction in the area and the phones are out for the duration. Very poor customer service today!“

“So every time I use a specific card to order on pizza hut.com, it always takes the money off my card for a few days and I’m never able to process my order. Usually I just leave it alone and find something at home to eat, as I have some serious anxieties about talking on a phone when it comes to complaints. Today, my children are throwing up all over, both have pink eye and it’s close to preforming an exorcism when I’m trying to give them eye drops. Everyone’s been crying all day, myself included. Now that they’re asleep, I thought to myself “I literally would give my left arm for a Pizza Hut pizza right now” as there’s no better place around here for a fast and easy delivered pizza. Per usual, my online antics were not processed and every last dollar I had was given away to a pizza I wasn’t going to get the joy of eating. Due to my bad day, I literally called to see if they got the order anyways. They didn’t, however the manager on duty literally just took my bad day and made it all happen for me. All I had was $10 in cash, and even though the online ordering wasn’t their own mishap, he went above and beyond making sure he fixed the issue for me. Only charged me the $10 I had on hand for my order. I am so unbelievably appreciative of whoever the store manager is, and thanks for making my really crappy day.. mildly better.
