Did an online order tonight for a 12 piece family meal with customized pieces. Upon arriving the drive thru was quick and the worker was relatively friendly. Food was handed over and it was steaming hot and everything was correct. Even when I got home 12 mins later, the food was very fresh and hot. Good job, Janesville Popeyes! It’s nice to not have to deal with wrong orders and terrible service nowadays out at restaurants.

They use doordash who consistently delivers cold food in this small town. Wait 40 minutes for my food and now another 40 minutes to reheat it. They charge a lot to get delivery too.

Some Popeyes can be soooooooo slow. This one is not. And our order was right which has been an issue at others. The food was good as per usual and the lady at the counter this afternoon was nice.
