Excellent customer service. I received my coffee quickly and as ordered. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended. Will visit again.
Ordered two coffees, one was just a ribbon crunch and another was a bit more complex drink but was a frappe. Took almost 10 minutes to get my order down and almost forgot to give me my change back. My order is not a frappe and also got 2-3 things wrong with it and even put chocolate on my drink when in the photo it does not even show it? Was looking forward to this all morning but it’s been multiple times my drink has been messed up here. Makes me not want to come back
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to shout out Nate. He’s genuinely one of the kindest and most attentive baristas I’ve come across. He remembered my order after only a couple visits. It’s little things like that that make you want to keep coming back. Huge thanks for making my mornings better!

This inconsistency can be frustrating, but the attentive and kind service from some baristas makes many customers want to keep coming back.
