I believe Linda was the name of the very kind and hard working woman on New Years Eve 2021. She was working on her own while having a never ending line. Even while super busy and being out of supplies, she never faltered her pleasant and calm attitude. Linda absolutely made my day and she killed it (coming from someone who worked in and understands hospitality.) Thank you and Happy New Year!
The people who work at Janesville STarbucks are very nice, the drinks are fine but the outside landscape is full of garbage and weeds. I pick up garbage every time I go and have offered to come and weed and trim plants and bushes but they say that corporate won't allow. The windows and glass is grimy. This is a cute building and it wouldn't take much to keep it up. Don't understand why it's so hard.......

Are you dumb? Going to say anything bad because I mean I’m very fine with Starbucks I’m very fun oh all the drinks food the only thing I am watching and every single Starbucks I go is that how fast they take care of you how fast they give it to you the stuff and literally I never wait for more day three or four minutes for my food order and this location and really enjoy it.
