We used Red Line BBQ for our wedding cater, && through the plaining Mitch was so accommodating & knowledgeable about sizing! When the day came we planed for 3pm & they didn’t skip a beat on arrival! The food was amazing, our guest were all over the moon with how great it was && kept asking who we went through!! The amount of stress relief it is when you have friends & family comment only amazing things on your big day especially about food is beyond...

I had Red Line BBQ cater my son’s graduation party. It was an outstanding experience. Mitch communicated in a timely manner and helped me figure out everything I needed. When the day came the food was AMAZING!!! Everyone commented on how delicious the food was and wanted to know where Red Line is located! The best part, there was some left over so we’ll be enjoying his cooking for a few more days!!!! Thank you!!! Side note if you go into the restaurant their brisket nachoes...

My wife and I had Red Line BBQ cater our wedding at a park in Madison in September 2023. Mitch was very accommodating and worked with us to make sure we had a good window of time to adjust anything we needed to. Red Line BBQ has reasonable prices for their product and service, was delivered right on time, and we received a lot of compliments from our guests on how much they enjoyed their meals. Thank you, Mitch and the family for helping to make our day run flawlessly.
