my drink lid wasn't fitting correctly, which they acknowledged when I took it from the person at the window. They said the lids aren't fitting right on the cups. so I tried my best to keep it on tight. didn't even drink from it and at least 1 ounce ended up down the side of my center counsel and on my important work note book. very unhappy with this service
