“I ordered 2 dozen mini cotton candy cupcakes for my 90s theme birthday party. I thought I had ordered funfetti cake so when I got home and saw that it was plain white cake I called to find out where the error occurred. It was my mistake we found out but they wanted to try to make the order right for me and offered to add colorful sprinkles to give the cupcakes more color. They were very friendly and went above and beyond even though I made the error. I’ve been a regular customer for a few months now and I’m happy to continue supporting!
