They have been going down down hill, this is the last time I'll order. Today $89 to go order. The rice is filled with green and red peppers but this is Japanese rice? The filet steak is sirloin, chewy and cooked to the max. The shrimp are so rubbery, maybe cooked yesterday? This is just horrible.
Service and atmosphere are great for the price point and food is served in a timely manner. As for quality of... food I've eaten here several times and over time the quality has dropped from a 4 to 3 stars, all things that indicate carelessness in the kitchen or lack of staff in the kitchen. Overcooking being the most recent with pork dish. I'd recommend the fried rice, and hibachi dishes.(the steak and chicken are very good).
I arrived and found parking without a problem. Once seated, I was quickly greeted by my server who was able to provide a suggestion based on my request. Once I completed my order the food was prepared and delivered without delay.
I had green tea, miso soup, salad and three spicy rolls: spicy tuna, spicy California, and spicy salmon. Overall each roll was flavorful and fresh. I prefer the rice a bit softer, but enjoyed the rolls.
