I ate at the Apis Restaurant without booking a night in the hotel. Incredible, atmosphere, food, and service from Corey. We got the house made iced tea, Stracciatella, Mac and Cheese, and Lamb Chops with a side of Chimmichuri. Everything was perfect. Lamb can end up being a little sour and bland compared to steak, but the lamb chops were seasoned and cooked so well it was just as good as eating a seared steak.
Ricky. That's all I need to say. If you dont get a drink from him, you'll be ok. BUT, you'd be missing out. I drove from Indy just to have this guy make a drink for me. Thank you Ricky!
The bar tender Ricky is amazing best bar tender I've ever had, he has his own drink creations I've never not liked something he's made me, he has a great down to earth personality he definitely made it a great experience.
