“As always, the pizza and garlic bread are the best Pat & I have ever had (given that we are in our mid-70's that is saying alot. But this time I wanted to talk about something else. It is so rare to find "any" company that offers the kind of customer service that you do. The manager at Kewaskum is just the best. Pat spoke with him and was just so happy with him. The young lady who delivers is truly a wonderful breath of fresh air, She is so kind, always smiling and a great representative of Michaleno's Pizza. Pat and I are so grateful that you continue to deliver to us.

“Eaton's Pizza has amazing and delicious choices for pizzas. I remember being a teenager in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and looking forward to the best pizza on the weekends. They are so good, the business has exploded in the past 35 years and opened tons of stores around Wisconsin. Their Reuben pizza is especially good. Just be sure to add double meat and sauerkraut.“

“My location had only two workers when it opened today, with several customers waiting for their online orders as well as some customers placing orders at the counter. The two employees worked extremely quickly and efficiently to fill all of the orders and still somehow managed to be personable with everyone. Excellent staff and product!“

“The food is very good quality, there are a lot of varieties on the buffet, which is great for my family which includes someone who likes to eat healthy, someone who is very picky, and someone who likes a lot of different things. We love that you can also request a specific pizza for the buffet so you're guaranteed to have your favorite available! The atmosphere is great because the people working there are so nice, and even the background music is positive, clean and uplifting!“

“When my food was being delivered, my dog squeezed right through the door when I opened it. I am so thankful for the driver for grabbing my dogs collar because my dog is a runner. Saved me a whole bunch! Food was great as always very thankful! :)“

“Ive been coming to Michalenos for well over a year now. Only in the recent months did I start dining in with my mother and daughter. We always come on a Friday, and we usually have Sarah helping us. She is always so kind and patient. My mother has early onset dementia, and often forgets where she is or what she says, Sarah never misses a beat reanswering questions or repeating what she already said six times before. She’s always prompt and accurate as well. Tonight, she was hopping, the phones were ringing off the hook, she had many tables and people coming in and out. She always had a smile on her face and never stopped moving! She suggested we try the baked pasta because we had the regular last time and it was delicious! I had the spinach lasagna and a fresh salad and it was all hot and delicious. The only complaint I had for the evening, is that you could tell the cook in the kitchen was very frustrated with his slamming, yelling and cussing. I know he was busy, we could see all the people, but maybe vent a bit quieter! Despite that, we’ll be back next week, and the next week, and the next week…“

“A mistake happened on a crazy busy Saturday night. The place is a zoo. The workers are pounding out pizza’s left and right doing their best to keep up with the orders. My order was given to someone else with the same name. Oops! We are all human. Josh in the back made my order swiftly and I left with a piping hot pizza.“

“I along with a group of 4 other ladies came here yesterday 4/10/25 for our monthly lunch. We all had an awesome meal, from steak sandwiches to the French onion burger and chicken sandwich. On top of it all we had cheesecake and a layer cake that was out of this world. “I don't often review chain restaurants but had to for this one. Last night, (3-17-24) we ordered a pizza. It was JUST how I remembered it years ago. I feel in recent years it has gone downhill (not enought cheese, usually cooked too long where the cheese is brown) but for some reason last night's was SPOT ON. Cheesy, greasy, hot! BIG Shout out to the staff that worked last night. (one of the kids being a big Marquette fan) I sure management trains all staff to make all pizzas just like that. If so, I'll be back!“

“Our first time here and we loved everything! The food was amazing, the drinks were tasty and the food came out fast. Our waiter Tim is what stood out the most. He had recommendations for every part of the meal, drinks, food, dessert and overall amazing service while handling all his other tables. It’s not often you see that kind of service anymore.
