“Best doughnuts and other breads around! Everything good seems to be picked over before 8am so you almost need to go in sooner to beat the early birds. Coffee is alright, but with how early they open it's my go-to if I'm on the road before the sun comes up.Girlfriend's go-to is their Raspberry Patch Tea. Definitely recommend their hard rolls and sourdough bread. Their sourdough bread and Sargento's pepper jack cheese makes the best grilled cheese!Vegetarian options: It's a bakery, there are more vegetarian options than non-vegetarian options. Doughnuts, breads, egg salad sandwiches, various different drinks, etc.Parking: On a busy morning you may need to park in the street, I've personally never needed to. They always seem to have a parking spot available.Kid-friendliness: Staff are always friendly and the glass display case for the doughnuts is the perfect height for kids to pick the exact doughnut they want!Wheelchair accessibility: The front door is not automatic and is a little heavy but there is a ramp leading up the curb.“
“Jen and the team at Bettersweet are the absolute best! What I wanted for a birthday cake was unusual and not everyone’s cup of tea. Jen took my ideas and made a cake so beautiful I didn’t want to cut it! Not only was the cake gorgeous- it tasted amazing. She also decorated the cupcakes inspired by the cake theme. I wish I had found Bettersweet much earlier. I can’t recommend them enough!“
“They make the very best glazed doughnut I have ever had. And I've had my share at dozens of places in my life.I first had it at the Sheboygan Farmer's Market and it was so good, we went directly to their farm shop to buy more.They have a good variety of baked goods at their Sheboygan Farmer's Market stand, and while they didn't have tons of variety in the walk-in shop, the doughnuts were tremendous and worth the drive.I understand they also take pre-orders for all their baked goods, which is a smart idea.“
“Growing up in the area my parents and I were curious to see The Hub Studio Cafe as we remember going to Laacks when the grocery store was still there. This is a small space designed for small gatherings - I wouldn't recommend bringing your party of twelve for lunch. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. You order at the counter - I'd love to see this switch to table service but understand that staffing may prevent that. The food was delicious. My mom and I both had the Moo Melt - great blend of flavors, lots of cheese. Possibly a bit too much cheese as it overwhelms the beef. My dad had the Chris' Lunch Sammie and thoroughly enjoyed it. My husband had a cup of soup and a salad and enjoyed both. We finished our meal with the salted caramel white chocolate chip cookies - don't skip these! Overall this was a delicious meal and we would stop again. I do think the prices are a bit high for the location; lunch (three sandwiches and a cup of soup/salad) for four people without anything to drink besides water was over $60. This is Johnsonville and that seems high for the area. It won't stop us from going back but it is something to be aware of before you go.“

And offered to keep grill open for us (first-timers--we showed up and she was just about through for the day) but she said she'd make us whatever we wanted if we wanted a hot sandwich! NUMMY! “We visit here often, fresh baked goods, the gluten-free cookies are the best we've ever had! Bread is delicious, coffee is amazing, staff are friendly, prices are very reasonable... and don't even get me started on the fritters, SO GOOD!“
