My family has always had a positive experience here! We occasionally get blizzards through the drive thru & service is always great. We recently ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday & had absolutely no complaints! Ordering it was as simple as messaging the Facebook page & I easily picked it up the day before we needed it. I requested the cake be “Winnie The Pooh” themed & it was very well done! & of course it tasted delicious.
Ordered a Lg hot cocoa Oreo blizzard with extra cookie dough. Paid extra for the cookie dough. Didn’t find one piece in the blizzard. Called to let them know. While on the phone the girl asked the guy that made it if he put cookie dough. He said he did. I again said there wasn’t any in there. I wasn’t going to argue about what I know to be true…so I hung up and decided it’s not worth returning.
