“What wonderful ice cream!!“

“We stopped by last night around 7:15, and there was a good sized line. We weren’t aware that the store was supposed to close at 7 (the website says 9pm). The young man working was the only one there and he handled the line and the late closing extremely well. It wasn’t until someone came in around 7:40 and there were still about 3 parties in line that he told the new customer who came in that they were already closed and that we realized we were “those people”. I just wanted to take a minute to compliment this young man working. He really did a great job of handling a stressful situation, the line was long but you wouldn’t have known by how he handled himself. The customer service was great and so was the ice cream!“

“Went through the drive through. Dark skin dude with black beard was super chill and friendly. Asked for ketchup and got enough unlike other fastfood places. Cheese curds were fresh!!! Gave us the wrong icecream at first but without even asking corrected it!!! Cannot stress enough how great of an employee the guy was!!! Seriously made me wanna come back and enjoy more delicious food!!!“

“The ice cream and customer service at Hood Scoops is TOP notch. Such a cute place to visit with the kiddos after the park & splash pad, an absolute gem in small town Stoddard.“

“Everything we are visiting our friends in the area, the first place we stop is Corky's. I'm originally from Chicago. I wish he would have opened a place there. In my opinion. That good! Great place to bring family or friends. Nice dining area.“

“Today my son was at the Culver’s in Onalaska, WI by the high school for lunch. He had no money and had called to try to get money sent to his phone so he could eat with his friends. I called the store to see if I could pay for his food over the phone. The lady who answered explained that she couldn’t take payment over the phone but she would pay for his meal. I said I would pay her back and she said don’t worry about it. She met him by the ice cream cooler and paid for his meal. She was so kind and didn’t even think twice. For someone who probably had a lot more to worry about - like the 60+ kids in her lobby waiting for food, she stopped and used her own money to help my son out. Incredible! I didn’t quite catch her name so will be going in on Friday to see if I can find her to thank her! Incredible person!“

“A little disappointing for Culver’s. The chicken was rubbery and small. For a “new” chicken sandwich I was really excited to try it. The chicken breast was little bitty and was so rubbery to chew, it almost gagged me. I couldn’t three bites in and I couldn’t finish.“

“Last weekend I got a love it size icecream I was told I can do two half flavors all I wanted was toppings mixed in one of the flavors and not the other and the gentleman had no problems doing that for me - so today we decided to come back with the whole family because it was so good -well unfortunately I was rudely told by a lady that they are unable to do that - of course I replied with well a gentleman did it for me last weekend and she then rudely said ( well idk who that was but he was not supposed to do that ) the fact that she was rude and and acting like it's a big deal to just mix the toppings in only one of the flavors because i was sharing with my two year old and did not want toppings on her side is ridiculous and coldstone has now lost my business) today is sat 9/20/25 it happened about 3:30pm - only two girls working at the time and the rude lady was the taller of the two“
