We recently hired Premier Catering to cater our wedding of 100ish people. We are super happy with the way things turned out. The food was GREATTTT!! Everyone at the wedding was impressed with the food. Matt was great to work with. He was on time and brought help to serve the head table and clean up!! You ask you shall receive from Matt. Premier Catering offers amazing fish fries with an incredible secret tartare sauce and an amazing dressing for the coleslaw. They also host some of the best chicken-Q. The team recently catered a wedding, providing an amazing vegetable tray for cocktail hour and an exceptional meal for over 200 guests, with the staff being very kind and friendly.
