Wonderful meal tonight at the Charmant Restaurant in La Crosse. The Duck Confit and Salmon were delicious. Even better, the service offered by our server Karielyis was first class. We appreciate professionalism. Karielyis was attentive, knowledgeable, and had a wonderfully charming personality. She made our Valentine’s day dinner special!

This was our first time eating dinner at the Charmant restaurant and it is definitely the last time. I ordered the ribeye steak and my wife ordered the salmon. Our food looked good, but that was all. My ribeye was very tough and had absolutely no taste. My wife’s salmon was fried or something and didn’t taste good. I got a side of brussel sprouts and they were over cooked. our drinks weren’t very good either. Our bill was $145 for food we didn’t finish. Our server was nice.

The goat cheese and honey appetizer was absolutely delicious as was our meal-ribeye w/brussel sprouts and Salmon.

The food is excellent, the rooms are great and the service was awesome.

We checked in yesterday and in the warmest, most welcoming way, staff knows our name. You are seeing my pork chop with sweet potatoes, Brussels and jam. Seasoned perfectly. Cooked perfectly. Paired with a beautiful wine in a historic building that feels special. I was only supposed to eat half of this magnificent dish, but it was too perfect, too delicious. An amazing experience

Service was great - our table was ready for us early, and our server was quick and friendly and helpful. She gave us great recommendations for lunch while we were in town. Food is always delicious, and brunch at the Charmant is one of our favorite things about La Crosse. The thick cut bacon is forever delicious. Great coffee too!

We were solo for Thanksgiving and weren't sure where we should go for dinner, but the Charmant was a wonderful choice. All the food was fabulous, but the brussel sprouts were to die for! My I husband ordered the Thanksgiving dinner, and I got several sides. The only dish which was kind of meh were the mashed potatoes. It may have been because I had the w/o the gravy, but the other sides and the dessert(s) made up for it.

Overall great experience as usual. Drinks took a really long time which is the reason for the 3-stars on service, otherwise everything was great.

We love eating at The Charmant! Every time we go we have exceptional service and food. We had a group of 7. Our server was very attentive and understanding when a few arrived a little late. The brunch was amazing and we all left very full! This is the place to go when you want wonderful food and a memorable experience.

Great brunch experience when staying at Charmant Hotel. Server was attentive and friendly. We had Eggs Benedict (subbed ham) and Shakshuka Eggs. Both were very good, Beautiful fruit plate and really good coffee. Highly recommend both restaurant and hotel.

It was a great place to take the family however, when spending that much money, I don't expect to walk away from a table and thinking I should go to McDonald's to fill up. This has happened to me twice there. The proportion size is quite small and I am not a big guy. My wife also eats small portions and she was also hungry when we left. I don't mind paying good money for good food. And the food was excellent. However, I like to be full when I leave the table
