David's dish, special, was good he stated. My daughter and myself had food that was substandard p. I will not return.

Great as always! Charmant has the most unique breakfast menu in La Crosse. You'll love the service and view of the river too!!!

We have eaten at the Waterfront many times over the years and have always been completely satisfied with the service. Great food & service and a very classy restaurant!

Disappointing experience. Booked Charmant Resturant based on their menu published on line, turned up and menu presented at the table was different, smaller and not with the choices I had planned to order. Waitress apologised and said the new menu came in about 2 weeks ago and others had also made the same comment. So they obviously knew & had not done anything about it. Waitress was not very experienced, probably a trainee. Wine order was not taken till after the 1st course had arrived & we had to ask another waiter if we could order wine. He promptly brought wine glasses and went to get the bottle. Meanwhile the waitress came to the table & tried to remove the wine glasses, to which we had to stop her.

Reservations were easy to make. Staff were attentive and professional. The food was exceptional. We had the goat cheese & honey with baguette as an appetizer, my wife had scallops with mushroom risotto, chili crunch and kale while I enjoyed the ribeye with gem potatoes and asparagus. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. For desert we split a chocolate bomme which was light and flavorful. Highly recommend as a place to enjoy delicious food with family and friends.

Great experience, Great vibe, and amazing staff. Steak frites were a 7/10 but everything else we ordered that night was delicious and worth the price.

My daughter and her friends ate here before prom. My daughter has a food allergy, and they handled it positively and professionally. The girls loved the food and said the wait staff was very nice to them. Thank you you, Charmant, for helping to make their night extra special!

My son and his girlfriend came for prom. Service was great. Steak wasn't the best, especially considering the price. Overall everything was great.

The food and service were wonderful. We ate early and the restaurant was pretty empty so the noise level was low. Our server was so nice and accommodated my food allergies. We will definitely return.

Food was good and a good variaty. Dining room was spacious and the noise level was nice. Food temperature could have been higher. The staff was pleasant and sufficient providing ample service between courses.

We came for Easter Brunch. I've had breakfasts at The Charmant and have enjoyed them. We were not impressed with the cold food that came from the breakfast buffet...especially for $65 a person.

The food was good but cold, so paying 65$ a plate was a big disappointment! I was not expecting that let down.

Our meal was delightful, our waiter was spot on, the drinks were fabulous and the view outstanding. Loved our whole experience.
