La Crosse Bierhaus Reviews
We ordered the chicken schnitzel special expecting it to be a flattened, breaded piece of chicken (like every schnitzel we've ever had), but it was a battered, deep fried piece of chicken. Greasy batter, but the chicken was moist. The red cabbage was bland; it tasted like plain boiled cabbage. It was a good thing this was the special at a great price.
Blasting country music 😡🤬🤮
Food average at best. Pretzel was aweful and hard. Tub of cheese was not much. burger was small portion

La Crosse Bierhaus offers a range of traditional German dishes, including the Bierhaus Brat and German Potato Salad, which are enjoyed by some customers. The sides are a highlight, especially the red cabbage, buttered dumplings, and warm German potato salad. The beer selection is good, with a 24oz pretzel and beer cheese making for a great group snack. The restaurant has a friendly and attentive staff, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy a variety of beers and watch football while chatting with staff. Although the main courses may not be exceptional, the overall experience is enjoyable, especially for those looking for a casual place with good sides and a solid beer selection.
